The bookings team are available Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm and we aim to reply to emails next working day wherever possible.  If the team are called away from the office your call will be diverted to our answer phone - please leave a message and we will return your call. 
The office is open at weekends for reception duties only so we cannot guarantee a quick response on Saturdays and Sundays.
